Solar Energy

I have been involve in the solar energy industry for a decade.  I started as a laborer doing rooftop and ground mounted  installations for a few years, then worked my way up to supervising installations.  I moved on to consulting and business development positions mostly freelancing my way through the next few years.  I am now a board member for the non-profit organization Solar Workforce Development which helps set up and administer solar training programs, focusing on real-world solar training and skill development that directly impacts our students' lives.  Recently, I have been an adjunct professor at Lewis and Clark Community College helping with their solar training program, and am now their Clean Energy Workforce manager, implementing the CEJA grant requirements and overseeing their programs.
